Opening hours

Winter Season :
The Outdoor Center is open Monday to Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from December 15 to May 11.

Summer Season :
Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Arrival/Departure

For the campsite
Arrival - 1:00 p.m.
Departure - 12:00 p.m.

For cabins/pods
Arrival - 4:00 p.m.
Departure - 12:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • When booking, the entire stay will be charged. No refund possible. However, you can postpone your stay in the same season, only once, depending on availability, up to 7 days before your arrival without any penalty.
  • When leaving before the scheduled date, no refund will be made.
